Hi there Vicki Boutin fans! Nicole here to talk all about creating simple and pretty layers using Storyteller patterned paper and embellishments.
It is so easy to take a few ephemera pieces and create fun layers on your page. I used some simple torn strips of patterned paper to create the base of my page, and then used the ephemera to add different layering elements to my project.
You can see that there are different elements added to the patterned paper base, and each one adds so much texture and dimension to the project. I just love the layered butterflies, already stitched and ready to go, along side the fussy cut leaves and ephemera florals + some chipboard stickers too!
All the different embellishment options in Storyteller are great to combine together, or on their own to add fun layers and texture to your project. Even the patterned paper has it's own textural element with the distressed edges of some of the papers.
Sit back and see how this project came together, and I combined different types of ephemra to add some pretty layers on my project.
