Hi everyone, Jana back again and i have a new Sketch inspired Layout for you.
I created the Sketch and i really loved to play with it.
This is my Layout, sinpired by the Sketch
I decided to go with some rectangles instead of squares, just because of the pictures i printed.
I started with fussy cutting and die cutting some tiny leaves in different colors. I wanted to have lots and lots of layered pieces in the middle...
Once the texture paste was dry i started to color the paper. I grabbed some different Watercolor Markers and a Watercolor Brush, i added just a tiny bit of the markers into the water and also added some more water to get a nice watercolor look. I mixed some purple in the mix and also splattered the colors around. In the end i will cover up most of the mixed media but i am ok with that. I enjoyed the process and that is all that matters, right?!
I placed the pictures an some pretty papers in the middle from the Layout. I added some Ephemera pieces behind everything and a little journaling card. I stayed in the neutral color scheme just because of the nature pictures i am scrapping today.
All the little leaves, flowers and butterflies were placed between the pictures and the papers. I added lots of dimension with 3D Squares.
I stayed pretty close to the sketch and i really love how it turned out.
My title is the chipboard sticker in the upper right corner. Every Pictures tells a Story. The story behind my pictures are the love for our garden. My hubby loves to spend a lot of his time in the garden, changing flowers and plants. Buying new things and just having the best of time... it´s perfect, because i don´t like it at all ;)
