Hi everyone, Jana back again with you and i have a new Layout to share.
I took some silly/cute pictures from my hubby and our puppy and i really love them. I started this project with some of my boarder punches and some neutral papers.
I only wanted to use kraft, black & white with a touch of yellow/orange here. The Papers are all neutral and i used three different punches to get a nice mix of different shapes and dimensions.
I knew that i wanted to bring in some yellow and orange with Die Cuts and with stamping and splatters on the background. I grabbed a stamp for the Field Notes Collection and two colors from the Watercolor Markers. I added water to the colors and stamped some messy circles on the background paper. I also added some splatters in yellow and orange and for more contrast, some in black. I really like how the colors are peeking out from behind everything.
I stitched the paper strips on to my background paper and ruffled up all of the edges.
I added some yellow flowers behind the picture and the big word "remember" as my title.
Some chipboard and puffy stickers, in yellow, orange or black&white, were added to the mix. I used a lot of 3D circles behind them, just for even more dimesion.
Some of the thread ends were left on the stitching, for some more texture and interest. I really love how this layout looks and turned out
