Happy Good Friday!!! It was such a great day here in the Boutin house! It is a holiday here in Canada so made the most of it! We cleaned this morning and I have to say that I really do love cleaning and organizing! Well, the end result any way!!! It is a freeing thing, you know?? I especially love it when I declutter and clean and my DH follows after me and takes the trash out and breaks down the boxes!! He is so good!
After the cleaning we got ready to decorate eggs!!! A Good Friday tradition!!! I took a few pictures of the kids first...they were all wound up and acting CRAZY!!!!
After the craziness we dyed some eggs!
That is when the vinegar loving came in to play. Both kids thought the dye in the glasses smelled so good...
As a matter of fact, Dev looks like she actually LOVES the smell of the vinegar!!!!
I, on the other hand, think vinegar smells a little funky! But we had fun! Dyed fingers and all!
The absolute highlight of my Good Friday was...A TRIP TO THE ONE OF A KIND ARTS AND CRAFT SHOW in Toronto!!!!!! YAY!!! As any of the regular readers know...I love going to the One of a Kind!!! Tonight was no exception! I found some lovely stuff! Like the ring I am sporting on my finger right now! L-O-V-E-L-Y!!!!! I will post some pics tomorrow of all of my finds! Links too if I can find them.
Off to bed now...I have to cook dinner tomorrow...mushroom scalloped potatoes, cheese and bacon scalloped potatoes, a cherry glazed ham and honey-gingered carrots are on the menu!
