CHA Winter 2012 ReCAP Day ONE- Doodlebug, Core, BG, Paper Smooches

This week I am going to do a little CHA recap.  Well more of a Vicki Shopping list.  :)  It is a really, really long list!!!  I was enamoured with a LOT of product at this show.  The paper and embellishment designs ROCKED at the show.  Man.  I need more hours in the day to play with it all.

 LOVE everything they do!!!  Doodlebug is easy to use and a color heaven.  Great for cardmakers, scrapbooker and minibook makers.  They did not disappoint!!

Howdy! I am back after my visit to the Craft and Hobby Association (CHA) in Anaheim, CA.  I arrived home late Tuesday night with a little cold and a lot of exhaustion.  Spent a few days recovering and smothering my kids with mommy love.

Hello 2013 and Love the Pink Paislee and Little Yellow Bicycle!!!

Happy New Year!!!  A few days late but the sentiment is the same regardless.  We had a great holiday here at the Boutin household.  Lots of time with family, loads of laughs and an all around goodness.  I was able to take a little down time and get cuaght up on life in general before the craziness that is CHA started.  CHA is the Craft and Hobby Association and is the trade show I have attended for the past 5 years or more.  Pretty sure it's more but I can't remember what happened yesterday so it's a good guess-timate.  With the show comes work.  This year CHA is rather early and I have been a little buried with the kiddos still home.  It's all good but I have been under my creative rock and ignoring this blog.

I am excited and honored to share that I have been invited to be a part of the Pink Paislee Design Team again for 2013.  Love this company and the owners Rebecca and Barry.  Looks like a great group of talented ladies....

 

 

 

Can't wait to see how they will inspire me this year!!!  Make sure to go and check out the new Pink Paislee site HERE.  They have done a little overhaul and looks GREAT!!!!

I have had a few peeks at the projects in both the magazine and calendar and I know you will find lots to inspire you to get your craft on!!  The Valentine's Day layout I created for this issue is one of my favourite pages to date and I had fun with one of my "go to" embellishments for Designer's Notebook this month!  I LOVED playing with some Doodlebug Designs product (I really LOOOOVE them!!) and one of the FABULOUS Becky Fleck's sketches for the calendar, too.  That woman never ceases to amaze me!!!  Can't wait to hear some feedback for you!

Wanted to share this layout I did with some of the AWESOME new release by Allison Kreft for Webster's Pages!!  Also, I always love to share GIVEAWAY info with my peeps and they have one on the Webster's Pages BLOG today.
